Superbike smashes into car after checkpoint

A superbike crashed into a car last week after reportedly travelling at more than 200km/h, STOMP reported.

The accident happened just right after the Singapore checkpoint towards Gelang Patah.

A STOMPer sent in these pictures taken in the aftermath of the accident.

"The bike was speeding at more than 200 km/h and hit the car which made sudden lane change", he said.

The contributor also added that the area is "frequently used by superbikes that speed up to 300km/h".
