Seat belt good addition on bus

IN AN e-mail message received on Monday, Stomp contributor Mark praised the new SBS bus models for having seat belts.

The safety feature was installed on a seat at the back of the bus, where it is not protected by seats in front.

He said: "As a passenger sitting on the centre seat is exposed to the risk of being thrown off (in the event of hard braking or an accident),the safety belt does ensure a safe ride.

"The bus company is doing a great job."
