A 68-YEAR-OLD van driver who allegedly hit three pedestrians after pulling out of a carpark along Geylang Lorong 25A on Feb 8 was charged in a district court on Tuesday morning.

Fam Koi Fah had allegedly failed to keep a proper lookout while making a right turn out of the carpark and hit the pedestrians who were crossing the road from the centre white line.

Pedestrian 47-year-old Koon Kim Hock died as a result of the accident while the two others suffered injuries.
