SINGAPORE will host the 8th IISS Asia Security Conference at the Shangri-La Hotel from Friday to Sunday.
Delegates from 27 countries will be at the meeting to discuss issues on defence and security in the Asia Pacific region.
To ensure the security of the event and safety of delegates, road blocks and security checks will be carried out around the vicinity of Shangri-La Hotel, said a statement from the police on Tuesday.
