SOME roads in the city area will be closed today and on Sunday.
Fullerton Road, Connaught Drive, St Andrew's Road, Coleman Street and Parliament Place will be closed from 5pm to 10pm today.
This is for an event to start a countdown to Singapore's Youth Olympic Games in a year's time.
Roads will also be closed at different times between 12am and 12pm on Sunday for the Safra Singapore Bay Run and Army Half Marathon.
These include roads around the Padang, Marina Station Road, Marina Boulevard towards East Coast Parkway (ECP), exits from the ECP to the area, Ophir Road, and roads in Tanjong Rhu around Mountbatten Road.
