MY CAR is equipped with a double-locking system. What is the difference between this and a conventional locking system?

THE double-locking feature makes it virtually impossible for an intruder to open a locked car door without the correct key or remote transmitter.

Even if he smashes the car window, he would still not be able to unlock the doors.

To reduce chances of drivers and passengers being locked inside such a car, the double-lock system can be activated only when the ignition is switched off and the car key removed.
