QUESTION: I've noticed there is a buzzing noise from my car's transmission whenever I start to move forward or in reverse.
The noise seems to go away after I've driven it for a while or at higher speeds. What is the likely problem?
ANSWER: The vehicle's transmission fluid may be low or it may be contaminated.
If that is the case, have the fluid changed and the buzzing should go away.
Or, the transmission or the torque converter may be faulty.
You will have to get this diagnosed at a workshop.
