After parking overnight, after pulling out from the lot by turning left to the exit ramp, I hear a loud crack from the bottom of the car when I make the first right turn. What is that sound?

The sound could have been the engine splash-guard that is installed at the undercarriage of your car that hit the ground.

However, if the sound still persists when you turn right, there may be a problem with your drive shaft or suspension joints, which would require further checking by a mechanic.
