I drive a 3-month old Korean car. A rumbling sound comes from the audi set area whenever the car crosses a hump or uneven road. The authorised workshop was unable to solve the problem even after repeated visits. How should I remove the rumbling sound?

Melvin Tan

Based on your description, since the rumbling sound only occurs when the car crosses a hump or an uneven road, it is likely that something around the audio set is shaking and rubbing against the adjacent part as the car's suspension moves up and down.

You may wish to ask the mechanic to simulate the suspension moment to try to locate the source where the sound is coming from during the simulation and tighten the part that is loose.
