I noticed 'excessive' water dripping on undercarriage, is there something wrong?

Recently, after test-driving a car, I noticed water dripping from the undercarriage (front passenger side). The salesman said this is normal after a drive and happens because of the condensation of water in the air-conditioner. But I feel that the 'leakage' was excessive. How can I check on this?
When the weather outside is especially humid, there is a tendency for more condensation than on a regular sunny day. So the amount of water you see dripping from under the car really depends on the weather.
If the car is leaking radiator water, the liquid on the road will have a greenish tinge (from the anti-rust coolant) or appear milky (you have an additional problem of engine oil seeping into the cooling system).
Such a leak is also likely to persist long after the engine is turned off. The car's water temperature gauge will also be climbing if there is a leak in the radiator.
