Of late, whenever I brake while travelling at high speeds, I feel some vibration on the steering wheel as well as the car in general.
Check the brake rotors (the discs) to see if they are warped, uneven or worn. If they are warped or too worn, they have to be replaced. But if they are uneven, they can be machined.
I drive a five-speed manual transmission car. Of late, I have trouble engaging gears - even when I fully depress the clutch pedal. What is the problem?
Check your car's clutch fluid reservoir to ensure that the fluid is at the recommended level. Insufficient fluid usually causes a leak in the clutch system.
Lately, it has become difficult for me to steer my car. What could be the problem?
If you need more strength than usual to turn your steering wheel, it could be because of a couple of reasons.
I drive a four-wheel- drive vehicle and, of late, I hear clicking noises whenever I put it into Drive mode and accelerate. What could be causing the noise?
Loud clicking noises may be caused by worn axle components. They could also be made by worn-out brakes scraping against the brake rotors (discs).
