One-of-a-kind car, one-of-a-kind girl

The CT230-R is a one-of-a-kind machine that comes with specs and stats that will take the breath away of most full-blooded, male, motorsports enthusiasts.

Today, we introduce you to the girl who we shot next to the Japanese automotive marvel who will also take your breath away with her 32-24-33 stats.

Meet Geraldine Sim, FHM's covergirl for June '06.

Standing at just 1.60m tall and weighing 42kg, this pint-sized dynamo turned up the heat at Garage R's new premises at Tagore Industrial Avenue.

The former Catholic JC belle moved on to the University of Oregon after her eight-month foray into Singapore's tertiary education system, where she double-majored in Public Relations and Communications Studies.

The aspiring TV host does freelance copywriting and takes on modeling assignments to earn her keep.

Here's AsiaOne Motoring's email interview with the Bishan-based lass.

A1 Motoring: What do you think of CT230-R?
Geraldine: I really liked the car. It was a such a fiery red... for such a powerful-looking car :)

A1M: You're one of the few who's been in the driver's seat of a $1.3 million machine. Was it a comfortable?
G: Hmmm... well it was definitely an experience just squeezing in to get behind the wheel!

A1M: Fast car versus Comfortable ride: Which would you choose, and why?
G: Definitely a comfortable ride.

A fast ride just fizzles out and leaves you hanging somewhere between fun, and dangerous fun, while a comfortable ride makes the journey smoother, and more worthwhile.

A1M: What cars have you owned and/or driven? Any particularly memorable experiences with them?
G: I used to own a 1994 Toyota Corolla, which incidentally was red too. It was my very first car; a graduation gift. My friends named it "Lil G", because that's what they called me over there.

Anyway, I wrecked it after three months by slamming it into another car while I was racing with a Mazda Miata. The driver was mad, of course, and the cars were a total mess. I cried my eyes out in full view of the other driver, knowing the damages would be way too expensive for a struggling college student like myself. In the end, he didn't press charges, or even ask for compensation. :)

A1M: Lucky you! So what kind of guys turn you on?
G: A guy who can fully appreciate what it means to be a woman.

A1M: So are you seeing anyone now?
G: Hahaha...we're on the way to engagement. :)

Drat.
