Fastlane: 7-series gets more gizmos

BMW has spruced up its 7-series, which is close to the end of its lifecycle. In Singapore, three gadgets are thrown in for free: a reverse camera, automatic high-beam and a two-screen DVD system with wireless headphones. These are meant to make the most successful 7-series ever even more popular. The next-generation model is expected next year.
