Fastlane: Flashy lions in town

The 'den' at AutoFrance is getting crowded in recent months as the rest of the Peugeot 207 range start making their way to the showroom.

Significantly bigger, the 207 CC is the sequel to the popular 206 generation model. Equipped with a fully-powered folding hardtop, the 1.6-litre four-speed automatic is the only version of the coupe-convertible available for now.

The other 207 is the much-awaited 207 GTi, clad in the necessary go-faster body armour and boasting a 175bhp output.

At current COE levels, the CC is retailing for $106,900 with COE while the GTi goes for $96,900 with COE.
