Mediacorp actor Christopher Lee will be spending more time in prison, after the prosecution successfully appealed for a heavier sentence at the High Court today.

He will also be disqualified from getting behind the wheel for three years, instead of two years.

This came after the prosecution succeeded in their appeal against his original four-week sentence for a drink-driving and hit-and-run incident in Little India.

On May 10, he pleaded guilty to drink driving, inconsiderate driving, failing to render help and removing his car without permission after the accident on Oct 8 last year.
