She will drive marketing, sales initiatives and corporate hospitality.

Hilton Hotel's senior banqueting sales manager Lea Yuen Ming joins as a hospitality director. His banquet catering experience includes major local hotels and events like Asian Aerospace, Lexus Cup and Kranji Turf Club.

Sistic regional business support manager Chris Koh has been appointed sales, marketing and ticketing manager. She will take charge of all aspects of Singapore Grand Prix's ticketing operations.

Singapore GP Ptd Ltd holds the rights to stage the Singapore Grand Prix from the 2008 season. They are renewable every five years. The company is a partnership between Komoco Motors and regional events company Lushington Entertainments, via its parent company, Reef Enterprises.

The inaugural Grand Prix, to be held in either September or early October next year, is likely to be a night race on a street circuit around the Marina Bay area.
