Category A COEs for smaller cars (1600cc and below) reversed the decline over the past three bidding sessions with a $1,199 ( 8.1%) increase, ending at $16,000.

Category B COEs for cars above 1600cc followed suit, rising $203 (1.2%) to $17,602

COEs for goods vehicles and buses (Category C) continued their slide over the past four bidding sessions, and will now cost $3,889, a drop of 20.8%, or $1,020 less than last month.

Motorcycle COE prices also fell, albeit marginally by $30, to settle at $1,052.

Open category COEs that can be used for all vehicles held steady at $17,410, rising $10 over the last round of bidding.
