Runaway car crashes into house in M'sia

KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA: Four foreign workers who were on the ground floor of a double-storey link house in Taman Selayang Baru here had a rude shock when a car crashed into the house yesterday.

The driver, who was believed to have been drunk, was not injured and managed to get away.

One of the workers was injured by the debris.

In the incident, which happened at 6.30pm, the car driver lost control of his vehicle and hit another car parked nearby before crashing through the front wall of the house.

Chan Yoon Choi, 52, a resident in the area, said the car had hit his car moments before crashing into the house.
