A MAN in his 60s parked his car at the coach bay lot of Mount Faber Loop on Monday at 4.30pm and found the driver window smashed when he returned about three hours later.

A handbag placed at the front seat was missing. It contained a $150 handphone, $120 cash, a gold pendant worth $200 and also a $200 air ticket.

In a separate case, a woman found the rear left passenger window of her car smashed last Friday around 7.30pm at the open space carpark in front of Eunos MRT station.

The victim, in her early 40s, had parked her vehicle earlier in the day before taking the train to work.

Her handbag, placed under the front left passenger seat was gone.

It contained $500 in cash.
