Pump prices cut for the 6th time in a month

PUMP prices fell again on Wednesday - the sixth time in a month. Prices fell by 4 cents on Wednesday, and diesel came down by six cents.

A litre of 92-octane petrol is now going at $1.963 a litre before discount, 95-octane at $1.996, and 98-octane at $2.070.

Diesel is retailing at $1.803.

Prices of ultra-premium petrol also fell by 4 cents. Shell's V-Power is now $2.199 a litre while Caltex's Platinum retails at $2.196.
