ACTRESS Courteney Cox, 44, was involved in a car crash while on a family vacation in Hawaii, reported the Daily Mail.

The actress was driving a white BMW when she collided with a red truck last Saturday afternoon.

Both the star and the truck driver were uninjured in the smash-up on Big Island.
