Registered owners of un-used and valid Preferential Additional Registration Fee (PARF) and Certificate of Entitlement (COE) rebates will have the additional option to encash their rebates with effect from Sept 1.
The Land Transport Authority (LTA) had announced this earlier this year on July 1.
The initiative is meant to make it easier for car owners to give up their cars and switch to public transport.
From next Monday, registered owners of unused and valid PARF/COE rebates may apply to the LTA to encash their rebates via the following channels:
1. Online via e-Services@ONE.MOTORING Account
2. Complete and Submit Form FR02 - Application to Encash PARF/COE Rebate (downloadable from www.onemotoring.com.sg with effect from Sept 1, 2008)
