Petrol prices have been reduced yet again.

Shell sparked off a price war by reducing its petrol prices by six cents and diesel prices by seven cents.

This makes Shell's reductions cheaper than those of Caltex, ExxonMobil and SPC.

SHELL
Formula 92 S$ 1.703
Formula 95 S$ 1.736
Formula 98 S$ 1.810
V-Power S$ 1.939
Shell Diesel S$ 1.483

The three companies reduced their petrol and diesel rates by five cents each yesterday.

This makes Shell's petrol prices one cent cheaper and diesel price two cents cheaper.

However, Caltex, ExxonMobil and SPC eventually matched Shell's price reductions by noon.

This price reduction is the 12th consecutive reduction since July.
