Sneak peek at Audi's new two-seater concept car

Latest sketches have been released of Audi new compact two-seater concept car.

The Urban Concept is set to be unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September.

According to the Daily Telegraph, the Urban Concept is designed to be a one-plus-one, ultra-lightweight electric car, specifically designed to beat inner-city congestion. It is said to combine elements of "a racing car, a roadster, a fun car, and an urban car".

Key features of the car include:

- A carbon-fibre monocoque with an open wheel design
- 21-inch wheels with strips of LED lights
- Staggered seating arrangement
- Sliding canopy access
- Two e-tron electric motors
