Fast Lane: Peugeot taxis soon

The French will soon join Singapore's fast expanding repertoire of taxi makes. Six Peugeot Partners - a van model similar to the Renault Kangoo - are being delivered to private yellow-top operators. They join an eclectic group of non-Japanese (the staple here for decades) cabs, including Skodas, Hyundais, Kias, Ssangyongs, Volkswagens, Fiats and Mercedeses.
