The Rolls-Royce Phantom is now available in armoured form. Built to VR7 level - the highest current international protection rating - the Phantom Armoured features high-tech fibre composites and special purpose steel to provide protection for the bodywork.

In addition, a polycarbonate layer is fitted to the inside for extra protection. The car's aluminium spaceframe chassis and suspension have been strengthened to cope with the car's estimated weight of 6 tonnes. But the car's output remains unchanged at 453bhp and 720Nm of torque (or so they say).
