Reveal criteria for public transport

A RECENT Public Transport Council (PTC) report stated that our public-transport system has improved.

However, there are still feeder services with irregular waiting times.

This makes me wonder what criteria the PTC used to reach the conclusion.

Perhaps the council should make the assessment criteria public.
