ANS: It would depend on the electrical current consumption of the amplifiers and the car audio system that is to be installed.

If your car's charging system cannot cope with the additional electrical consumption, the car's battery will always be insufficiently charge and that would affect the battery lifespan and the battery will become weak much easier.
