It would be difficult to know where the noise coming from without test driving the vehicle.

If it is from the steering wheel, it is very likely that the noise is from the steering bushing that is set in the steering column, near the cone area. The noise would appear first and if ignored, vibrations or judders would then follow every time the steering is turned. The bushing and or cone would just need to be replaced with a compatible part.

If it was from the wheels during turning, the CV joint would be the likely contributor to the noise.

When I go faster than 75kmh, my four-year-old car starts to shake. Even the backseat passengers can feel it. A friend told me that it could be because of the engine mounting or pulley wheels. What is the likely fault?
