Belkin TuneBase Direct with Hands-Free (F8Z442qe)

By Yeong Ah Seng

WITH Belkin's TuneBase Direct accessory, iPhone owners can receive and make calls through a car's stereo system.

The TuneBase plugs into the lighter socket and the stereo's AUX socket (if there's none, use another Belkin accessory, F8Z441qe, which connects via the FM tuner).

The iPhone is mounted on the accessory, which can also be tilted horizontally for GPS. A simple one-push Pause, Play and Skip button makes for easy and non-distracting control.

A microphone on the Tune- Base picks up the driver's voice and the other party's voice is routed to the car speakers.

The iPhone is charged when it is connected to the TuneBase, which also has a USB port for charging another mobile device.

How much: $99
