These teens were filmed vandalising a car on May 26 at around 8pm at a multi-storey carpark, according to a Stomp report.
One of them scrawled messages on the windscreen, poured paint on the car hood. The other teen even took a picture of the finished job.
This video was taken in Block 723A, a multi-storey car park at Tampines Central.
The contributor told Stomp, "Our youths are getting from bad to worse."
