July:

5 new ERP gantries - Eu Tong Sen Street, New Bridge Road, South Bridge Road and Fullerton Road (both directions) - to start operating on 7 Jul. They will operate from 5-8pm on weekdays. Gantries on Eu Tong Sen Street and Fullerton Road (towards Esplanade Drive) will operate from 10am-8pm on Saturday

ERP starting charge for new gantries to be raised from $1 to $2

Incremental ERP charge to be raised from 50 cents to $1 - starting with CBD and Orchard Cordon on weekdays, and Orchard and Marina Centre Cordons on Saturdays

LTA to stop using average speed (current optimal speed thresholds are 45kmh on expressways and 20kmh on arterial roads) to trigger ERP or rate adjustments.

Replaced by 85th-percentile speed measurement method, meaning 85% of road users must travel at at least 45kmh on expressways and at least 20kmh on arterial roads if they don't want to trigger ERP payments or increases
